This series consists of an annual statement of the Branch Bank of the notes and bills that were in and not in suit. This record is organized by county, and then within each county the information is divided into those notes and bills in suit and those not in suit. Included are the county name, the note number, name of the person paying the principals, name of the persons paying the securities, the date of the note, the amount, when due, and remarks. The amount is totaled at the end of each county.
